These terms apply when you use dynastytrading.org or buy from Dynasty Trading LLC . By placing an order or joining a live break you agree to them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. [Add any states or countries you do not sell to.] You’re responsible for keeping your account login private.
Products and descriptions
- We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can. Colors and surface details can look different on different screens.
- Graded cards: grades are assigned by independent grading companies (PSA, BGS, SGC and others). A grade is that company’s opinion, and we don’t guarantee that another grader would give the same grade.
- Memorabilia: autographs come with the certificate or authentication named in the listing (PSA/DNA, JSA, Fanatics, Upper Deck or others). We rely on those authenticators and pass their certification on to you.
- Sealed products: sold factory-sealed as received from the manufacturer or distributor. We don’t know, and can’t guarantee, what any pack or box contains.
Prices and orders
- Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout.
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or confirm it by email.
- We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, the listing had a clear pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud.
- Many items are one of a kind. If two people buy the last unit at the same moment, the first completed payment gets it, and the other order is refunded.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order.
Shipping and risk of loss
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Every order ships insured. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll handle the claim as described in that policy.

Live breaks
- When you buy a spot (for example a team) in a break, you receive every card from the opened product that belongs to that spot under the break’s rules. You don’t buy any particular card, and the value of what’s pulled is not guaranteed.
- The product is opened live on stream. Sealed boxes are shown sealed on camera before opening.
- A spot limit per person may apply, for example 5 teams per break.
- If a break doesn’t fill or we have to cancel it, you get a full refund for your spots. Once a break starts, spots can’t be refunded or exchanged.
- Cards from a break ship together after the break, within the time in our Shipping Policy.
- Breaks may be recorded and replayed. Your spots may be announced using [your first name and last initial / a username you choose].
- [Have a lawyer confirm how breaks are treated in the states you sell to. Some states regulate games of chance.]
Using the site
Don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to break its security, scraping it, placing fraudulent orders, or using bots to buy limited items. The site’s design, text, photos and logos belong to Dynasty Trading or its licensors, and you may not copy them for commercial use. Team names, player names and trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, player or card manufacturer unless we say so.
Disclaimers and limits
Apart from the promises in these terms and our policies, the site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any change in a collectible’s market value. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state where Dynasty Trading LLC is registered]. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [county, state], unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
