Where we ship
We currently ship to [the United States only / list of countries]. [If you ship internationally, explain who pays customs duties and import taxes.]
Shipping costs
- $10 per order for insured shipping on singles, sealed boxes, memorabilia and accessories.
- $6 per order when your order contains only live break spots.
- If an order contains both, you pay the $12 rate once.
When your order ships
- In-stock orders ship within 3 business days of payment.
- Cards from a live break ship together within 3 business days after the break ends.
- You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, not including US federal holidays.
Carriers and delivery times
We ship with [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Delivery usually takes [2–5] business days after shipping, but carriers don’t guarantee delivery dates. Orders over [$500] ship with signature confirmation, so please make sure someone can sign for the package.
How we pack
Cards ship in penny sleeves and top-loaders or slab sleeves, sealed in team bags, and placed in rigid mailers or boxes. Sealed products and memorabilia are boxed with padding. Every package is insured for the full value of its contents.
Lost or damaged packages
- If tracking shows no movement for [7] business days, or your package hasn’t arrived [5] days after its expected delivery date, email us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.
- If a package arrives damaged, contact us within [48] hours with photos and keep all the packaging. Our Refund & Returns Policy explains the rest.
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, but we’ll help however we can.
